We've teamed up with our pals at Pilot Brewery to reverse-engineer one of their recipes. This White Stout new make spirit is about getting as much roasted and malty character in as pale a beer as possible. We chose a spectrum of speciality malts including Munich, Biscuit and Caramalt, along with s-33, a staple yeast of Belgian-style beers, to layer up those delightfully sweet, toasted flavours.
