NOSE
A delightful mixture of bananas and syrup with hints of creamy boiled sweets and pineapple.
PALATE
Treacle and marzipan mingle with a strong note of demerara sugar and a hint of candy floss. Punctuated with classic sherry flavours of raisin and sticky desert and topped off with hints of savoury spice.
FINISH
Lingering creamy caramel fudge and biscuits with a hint of chocolate.

ABOUT THE BOTTLE
The label for Elizabeth Yard Sherry Cask Edition pays tribute to the origins of Royal Elizabeth Yard and its relationship to the nearby Naval Bases on the Firth of Forth at South Queensferry.
The bottle shape is reminiscent of an original Navy Rum flagon, while the vibrant pattern is inspired by the famous ‘Dazzle’ design – a pattern invented for, and applied to, naval ships as a unique form of camouflage.
The accent colour for the Dazzle is inspired by the flavour notes of the spirit, combined with hues of ‘Forth Bridge Red’.
