You’ll need:
35 ml Golden Promise
20 ml Cognac
15 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Sugar
75ml Champagne (or any fizzy wine)
Method:
Shake all ingredients except for the champagne. Fine strain into a flute glass and top up with champagne.
