With only 156 bottles, this 17 year old rum is originally from Barbados and was finished in cask #61 - a Palo Cortado Mini Hogshead. Buttery toffee and baked banana peel on the nose. Vanilla and nectarines are followed by flavours of baked plums before giving way to a finish of dried apricots and warm sweet spices.
