Diamond Distillery As whisky makers we adore that Diamond distils their rums on wooden pot stills. The last wooden stills in the world! Each lovingly rescued from closed sugar estates. The Port Mourant still is constructed from Greenheart wood, and the combination of the wood and the still set up creates a heavy oily green plant deliciousness that we can’t get enough of.
