Height of Arrows Bright
Our Bright expression is multi-shot, a gin distilling technique that concentrates botanical flavour. To create Bright we use over three times the amount of juniper we use in our first expression of Height of Arrows. The resulting spirit is then diluted with water to open up the flavours. The result is a gin that is big and bright and bursting with complex flavour.

Nose
Sharp pine, fresh, eucalyptus almost menthol. Zingy lemon sherbet
Palate
Hints of bitter lemon pith. Rich and oily, with further citrus.
Finish
Long, effervescent, and slightly floral.
