50 ml funk
25 ml lime juice
12.5 ml sugar syrup
8 mint leaves
Soda (optional)
METHOD
Add all of your ingredients to a shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled glass. (Top up with soda if you prefer a longer, refreshing serve!)
