Our Light Munich Malt, is a new make spirit inspired by German brewing and reimagined in Edinburgh. Part of our Bierbrauer Series, it puts a spotlight on Light Munich malt—a cornerstone of German beer—showcasing its rich, and malty character. We've used a this alongside Hefeweizen Yeast for notes of ripe banana, gentle spice, and a comforting bready warmth.
