Single Cask – #340

Each single cask is a unique snapshot of Holyrood Distillery’s time as a whisky maker, and Single Cask #340 is no exception. A tropical wine yeast joins Plumage Archer malt before being aged in an American Oloroso Hogshead. This whisky leans into rich, complex flavours that have been elevated by the American Oloroso Hogshead it was aged in. Notes of cherry cola and mocha coffee are complemented by salted caramel and hints of almond.
