Our third single cask release, Single Cask series #89 feature the addition of a unique wine yeast, traditionally used in Italian sparkling wine. Light, clean and seriously fruity, with notes of bright citrus, sweet red berries, creamy peach yoghurt and Medjool Dates. Wrapped in a blanket of a spicy, warming PX Hogshead influence, this is a whisky for the BBQ lover. This release is limited to 232 bottles.
