A delightful mixture of bananas and syrup with hints of creamy boiled sweets and pineapple.
Palate
Treacle and marzipan mingle with a strong note of demerara sugar and a hint of candy floss. Punctuated with classic sherry flavours of raisin and sticky desert and topped off with hints of savoury spice.
Finish
Lingering creamy caramel fudge and biscuits with a hint of chocolate.
